The Brian Dillons Junior (A) Hurlers continued their unbeaten run in this years League with a hard earned victory over Na Piarsaigh ,on Wednesday,16th May 2012 , which was played at Na Piarsaigh Ground. This  victory was all the more creditable as we were forced to field without several of our first choice players..

                            In a well contested game, the Brian Dillons side began impressively and led,0-4 to 0-1, after 12 minutes .The home side soon settled and in the next 15 minutes they had,with a string of well taken points. raced into an 0-8 to 0-5 lead. Then, the Brian Dillons centre half forward ,John Horgan,was fouled on the 21-yard line and he goaled from the resultant free. At half-time it was all square, Brian Dillons,1-6, Na Piarsaigh,0-9.

                       The early stages of the second half saw the Brian Dillons side playing some sparkling hurling with the forwards notching some splendid points and the defence, with Darragh Rodgers in sparkling form at full -back,giving nothing away at the other end of the field..With ten minutes remaining Brian Dillons led by 1-13 to 0-11 .Na Piarsaigh managed to reduce the deficit to just two points but Brian Dillons put the game beyond their reach with two pointed frees from John Horgan which left the final score , Brian Dillons,1-15, Na Piarsaigh,0-14.

                      This win sees Brian Dillons topping the League Table with four victories from four games played.
