Junior (A) Footballers Record Comfortable League Win Over St.Vincents.

         The Brian Dillons Junior (A) Footballers made it four wins from five games played in this years City Division Junior (1) Football League, when they recorded a comfortable, 1-17 to 1-5,victory over St.Vincents, out in Pairc Diolunaigh on Sunday morning, 19th April, 2015. Following their opening round defeat to Passage, when they were missing quite a number of players, they have bounced back with four wins on the trot, over Nemo Rangers, Rathpeacon, St.M ichaels and ,now, St.Vincents.
         This latest victory was achieved with considerable ease and, even though missing a few prominent players, the side on duty performed admirably all through.  Chris Daly has put together a formidable squad ,that seems to be coming into form as the Championship opener looms. Playing against the stiff breeze ,in the opening half, Brian Dillons still managed to go in ,at half-time, leading by 1-7 to 1-3. The second half saw Brian Dillons in complete control and, with some impressive points, winning comfortably in the end.
