Two early goals by Michael Noonan and Dave Cremin laid the foundations for this comprehensive win and when  Darragh Brosnan scored our third goal late in the first half,we were in a comfortable  position at the interval, leading by 3-3 to 0-3.    Our selectors emptied the bench in the second half,bringing on five subs, and two late goals by Tomas Lawrence and Shane Maher sealed  our comfortable victory.

Our "B" Junior Footballers ,also, travelled to Pairc Mhicil to take on St.Michaels "B" in theJ.F.L.(2)  on Sunday morning 11th Feb;2012. However, St.Michaels were unable to field a team and we received a walk-over.                   

 Our Minor Footballers began their League campaign, also on Sunday,11th Feb;2012, with a 3-6 to 2-5 win over Ballinhassig at the Tank Field.
