Our under-21 hurlers qualified for the City Division Championship final with a scintillating 1-23 to 0-12 victory over Passage in the semi-final,played at Ballinlough on Saturday,17th September.

Playing impressive hurling from the throw-in ,we scorched into a 1-10 to 0-8 interval lead even though Passage had played with the advantage of the very stiff breeze. The second half was a stroll in the park as our team swung over a string of impressive points to emerge comfortable winners.

As a result of this win, we have been nominated to represent the Seandun Division in the County under-21 Hurling Championship and on Sunday morning next we face Aghabulloge in the quarter -final of the County. This game is timed for 12 noon and the venue will be announced later in the week.
