Our under-21 hurlers suffered a bitterly disappointing defeat to Aghabullogue in the County Championship quarter-final ,which was played at at Ovens on Sunday,Sept;25th.Our side were leading by 2-7 to 0-5 at half-time after playing against a stiff breeze and looked certain to run out comfortable winners. However, over-confidence and lack of discipline allowed the Mid-Cork side back into the game and they finished strongly to win on a scoreline of 3-13 to 3-8.
