The Brian Dillons third choice Junior Footballers are in Championship action on tomorrow, Wednesday, evening, 4th September, 2013, when they face Rochestown in the semi-final of the City Division Junior (C) Football Championship, at Ballinlough, with a 6.30pm throw-in.  These sides met at the same stage in the 2012 Championship, in which Brian Dillons won comfortably and we will be hoping for something similar tomorrow night.   Brian Dillons have recorded two impressive victories in the earlier rounds.  In the opening round, which was played on the 17th of June, they recorded a comfortable, 3-14 to 1-6, over Bishopstown (C), while on the 24th of July, they got the better of Nemo Rangers (C) on a 2-11 to 0-8 scoreline.   Since those games , Brian Dillons have lost the services of Mark Walsh (Murmont), who has been promoted to our Junior (A) panel, while Minor players, Mark Kelly and  Eric O"Donoghue, are also unavailable as they are playing for the Brian Dillons Minors , on Thursday evening, against Clondrohid in the semi-final of the Rebel Og County Football Championship replay, out in Coachford.  However, there are plenty of other talented players available to Brian Dillons for tomorrow evenings game and they should make a super effort to qualify for the Championship final for the second consecutive year.
