The Brian Dillons second string Junior Hurling team had a most successful saeson in 2012. They won the City Division Junior (2) Hurling League title as well as the Craobh Ruadh Cup competition and they reached the semi-final of the City Division Junior (B) Championship only to lose to the eventual Champions, Rathpeacon. They played a total of 15 competitive games during 2012 , winning 11, drawn 1 and losing,just, 3. They managed to score a total of 25 goals and 212 points in those 15 games while conceding a total of 20 goals and 151 points.
