The Brian Dillons Junior (B) Hurling team are in Championship action on this coming Saturday, 10th August, 2013, when they face Mayfield in the quarter-final of the City Division Junior (B) Hurling Championship, in Ballinlough at 7.00pm. 

                       Brian Dillons are having a good League campaign so far, this season but their prospects of a good run in the Championship have been dealt a severe blow with injuries to three of their most prominent players.  Out are top scorer, Kevin Varian, the experienced team captain, Tommy Boland, and reliable defender, Ken McCarthy, who was having a great year at centre-half -back.  However, Manager, Anthony O"Sullivan and his fellow selectors, Michael Barry and Willie Murphy, will be hoping for a good performance from their depleted forces on Saturday evening.
