Dillons U16's had a comprehensive win against a well organised  Tracton team  in the semi-final of the U16 championship.  The match was played on Sat, Nov 10 at the Tank Field. Dillons got off to a great start with two early goals from Caoimhe Rodgers and Chloe O'Mahony. Tracton responded with three points and a goal late in the first half to level the scores at half time, Dillons 2-0 Tracton 1-3. Dillons upped their game in the second half with two points from Rachel Carroll, two points from Sinead Mills and a gaol and seven points from Caoimhe Rodgers. In reply Tracton scored 1-1 late in the game which wasn't enough and Dillons won on a score line of 3-10 to 2-4. It was a great overall team performance but special mention to Shauna Walsh who was outstanding in goal and Sinead Mills who ran herself in to the ground at wing forward. Yet another County Final beckons in what is a great year for Dillons Camogie Club.
