Our U14 team had another impressive win away to Mallow on Good Friday. Played in beautiful sunshine the girls put in a great performance to win the match comfortably 5-3 to 0-2. Kate O Connell was outstanding in midfield scoring 3-1. Mary O Sullivan chipped in with 2-0 and both Alannah Garvin and Anna Myers put over two excellent points. This team have now won their opening two games and look a very solid unit. Abbey O Farrell at corner back was impressive, Eve O Connor and Shannon McHale on the half back line are working really hard. Molly Garvin and Kate O Connell are a great midfield partnership who continue to supply quality ball to the forward line. Every player in contributing to the team and the signs are good for a successful season.
