Our U14 team travelled to play Glen Rovers. We played very well and at H.T the score was 1-3 to 0-1. It was a close match but the Glen pulled away in the last ten minutes. As it was our first match of the season, it was a great performance. Cameron was excellent in goal. Emily, Sarah and Claire were solid in the back line. Ellen and Ruby covered fierce ground and Olivia and Aine played really well in midfield. Every one of our forwards gave it everything and coach Liz was delighted with the efforts of the entire team. Next up is St. Catherines next Saturday April 8th at 3pm at the Tank.
