Our U10 team travelled to Erin's Own on Thursday July 23rd and once again put on a very impressive display. Coaches Karen and John are very proud of the girls huge work ethic.Both teams had 12 so it was decided to play 12 a side rather than the usual 10. While each and every girl played their part, there were some individuals who must be mentioned. Ciara Brady and Tara Buckley both had the task of marking a very skilful Erin's Own player. The defensive work of both players was a joy to watch. These are definitely girls to watch out for in the future. Sinead Roche has improved immensely with each game and grown in confidence going non stop from start to finish. Zoe Cotter put on a great display with her long range striking and coolness under pressure. Goals came from Emily, Sinead, Emma, Ellie and Moya. Thanks to all the parents who cheered on the girls and for their constant support.
