Our Senior team had an impressive win away to Ballinhassig this morning. This was only a challenge match but these are the types of matches we need before the championship. We were seven points down at H.T but we worked our socks off in the second half to turn it around. Final score 3-3 to 0-10. Our Leaving Cert players are still unavailable but our squad players including young Michaela, Anna and Abbie stepped up and did the business. Abbie scored her first ever senior goal which is a big achievement for her. Susan was tremendous at centre back, Sarah was solid at corner back and Clare and Steph were excellent in midfield.
