June proved another busy month with the U12's playing Charleville in the Go-Games at the Tank Field. Our U 8 side played Ballygarvan in a return match at the Tank Field. The U12's travelled to Millstreet and won on a socre line of 6-2 to 2-0 goal scorers included Eve O'Connor and Shauna O'Mahony. The U 8's travelled to play both Tracton and Blackrock, the U 12's hosted Glen Rovers at the Tank Field. The Junior side played Watergrasshill at the Tank Filed. Dillons won 5-10 to 2-2 Shauna Ring scored 3 goals with Therese Drummond and Jane Dooley 1 goal each.


During July the U 8's played Ballinhassig. The Juniors went to play Kildorrery and won 4-13 to 2-2. The U 12's formed a Guard of Honour and played at half time against Sars at the Cork-v- Kilkenny intermediate match at Ballincollig. Our U 11's traveelled to play Clonakilty and the return match was held at the Tank Field. The U 8's hosted Tracton at the Tank FIeld. 

In August the U 11's went to Eire Og to part take in the Go-Games. The Junior A's played Enniskeane in Cloughduv in the Championship. Enniskeane got off to a good start by scoring a couple of fast goals and Dillons tried hard to get back in the game. At half time Enniskeane were leading 3-6 to 1-2. Dillons rallied well in the second half but came up short, the final score was Enniskeane 5-7 to Dillons 4-3. Goal scorers for Dillons were Donna Carroll, Therses Drummond and 2 from Jane Dooley. The U11 side played Eire Og at the Tank Field. The U 14 side took part in a blitz held in Ballincollig, we were beaten by Newcestown but then went on to defeat Dungourney, Carrigtwohill and The Glen, which qualified Dillons into the final to meet Newcestown again, Newcestown won 2-1 to 0-1. Dillons girls put in a tremendous effort on the day. The Juniors played Douglas at Castle Road in the Chamoionship, Dillons won 3-10 to 0-3. Donna carroll scoring 2 goals and Deirdre Ring the 3rd. The U 8's hosted Blackrock and travelled to Ballygarvan.
