Brian Dillons Camogie Club held a Fun Based Camogie Day at the Tank Field on Saturday March 23.
It proved to be a great success with lots of new faces attending eager to make an impression.
Thankfully the weather held up and the new recruits were put through several drills on the pitch and were shown the very basic skills of the game. Later in the club house lots of fun was had by all with music, tea and coffee, drinks and treats and face painting thanks to Anna and Eve. Many thanks to all the committee members for all their hard work to make the day such a success. A special thanks to Linda Mellerick who spearheaded the project. To all the parents of the new recruits, please ensure that your daughters are trainining next Saturday at 11am and every Saturday there after.
