Our Intermediate team impressed again this evening after yet another comprehensive win in the championship, this time against Tracton. We were ruthless right from the start. Early goals from Caoimhe and Clair set the tone. Two more in the first half from Caoimhe again and a rocket from Therese put us in total control. In addition Sinead put over four points and one from Clair and Lauren made the score at H.T 4-6 to 0-2. We again made five substitutions and some potional changes. We started strong again with five excellent points from Susan, Sinead, Clair and two from Ruth. Tracton scored a goal before we upped another gear with goals from Caoimhe and Susan. Tracton got a second goal before we wrapped it up with late points from Clair and Susan. F.T score 6-13 to 2-3. All our scores came from play which is very encouraging. In addition Niamh, Essie and Amanda in defence were outstanding. Now the semi final awaits in two weeks time against Blackrock.
