Our Intermediate team impressed again with a comprehensive win over Tracton at the Tank, which makes it two wins on the trot in the league. Played in glorious sunshine, we were well in control from start to finish. We had a great start with points from Jane, Caoimhe and two from Sinead. Tracton got one point in reply. Then within ten minutes, Siofra scored 2-1 which were followed by points from Caoimhe again and Lauren. At H.T we were 2-7 to 0-2 up. Tracton started the second half well with three points without reply. We needed a score and sure enough Susan stepped up with two quick  points from play. Then Sinead scored  a goal to put out of sight. We made five substitutions and Emma put over a lovely point from a tight angle. Then Lauren scored a point from distance before Tracton scored a late consolation goal. Final score 3-11 to 1-5. Lots of positives in this performance particularly our distribution. Essie is in great form and Lauren was outstanding.
