Our U18 team had an impessive win away to Inniscarra in their first league game of the season on Sunday March 16th. Dillons were totally dominant in the first half. Goals from Jessica Aghbaloga and Emma Carroll made us very comfortable at H.T. We also scored eight points in the first half some of which were great scores. Inniscarra couldn't handle us around the middle of the field. Shauna Cronin and Sinead Mills were excellent and Emma Sharpe was outstanding at centre back. Inniscarra scored an early second half goal and competed well in the second half. We scored 2-7 in the second half, with the goals coming from Jessica again and Siofra Deane. Sinead Mills also put over some classy points. In the end we had too much class and won out on a score of 4-16 to 2-1. Great start to the league campaign.
